1. Cutting with TruMatic 1000 Fiber

Cutting with the TruMatic 1000 Fiber represents state-of-the-art technology in metal processing, delivering fast and precise cuts. This versatile machine combines fiber-laser performance with mechanical efficiency, enabling complex cuts with tight tolerances and minimal deformation. The thickness range we can process on the TruMatic 1000 Fiber is as follows:

• Steel: from 0.5 to 5 mm
• Stainless steel: from 0.8 to 3 mm
• Aluminium: from 0.8 to 5 mm
• Copper: from 0.8 to 5 mm

2. Metal bending with TruBend Center 7030

Metal bending is performed to the highest standards with the TruBend Center 7030, enabling precise bends in a wide variety of shapes. This advanced technology ensures excellent repeatability and maximum flexibility, reducing production time and associated costs.

3. Welding

We offer professional welding services to assemble complex, durable metal structures. Our qualified welders use advanced techniques to ensure high-quality joints that withstand demanding operating conditions.

Advanced laser welding and cleaning equipment

MAR-INA PRODPREST S.R.L. has recently integrated two modern multifunctional LD Laser systems, models LDW-1200-A and LDW-2000-W, for laser welding, cleaning and cutting. These units significantly increase flexibility and efficiency in manufacturing.

LDW-1200-A

A portable 1200 W, air-cooled system ideal for tasks requiring mobility. It enables precise work on stainless steel, aluminium and copper alloys.

LDW-2000-W

A powerful 2000 W, water-cooled system, ideal for welding and cleaning oxidised or contaminated metal surfaces, and welding up to 8 mm thickness.

4. Finishing (grinding)

The finishing process is essential to ensure all our products meet strict quality standards. Grinding is carried out carefully to remove any burrs or imperfections, leaving smooth surfaces ready for downstream processes or final finishing.

5. Final assembly

The last stage in our production flow is final assembly, where processed components are combined into the finished product. This stage is critical and requires precision and attention to detail to ensure all parts work together efficiently.
