Delivery

MAR-INA PRODPREST S.R.L. delivers its products with the following costs:

• For parcels up to 15 kg, the cost is 21.00 RON;
• For parcels between 15 and 31 kg, the cost is 23.00 RON;
• For parcels between 31 and 40 kg, the cost is 80.00 RON;
• For parcels between 40 and 50 kg, the cost is 99.00 RON;

The delivery price is fixed regardless of the destination location.

For large-sized products (file cabinets, lockers, PSI stations, etc.), as they are packed and transported on pallets, an additional 100 RON is added for palletizing to the above delivery cost. For the cities of Galați and Brăila, deliveries for these large (palletized) products are made using our own means, so the 100 RON palletizing fee is NOT charged, but the base delivery fee remains (21, 23, 80, or 99 RON depending on the weight).

The order is automatically registered when the order is placed on the website. After placing the order, a representative from our company will contact you to confirm the order by phone and verify the delivery and billing details. Without a phone confirmation, the order will not be processed, and the products will not be shipped. Once confirmed, the order will be dispatched within a maximum of one (1) business day. The product prices displayed on the website are final, to which transport fees are added.

We deliver in properly packaged cardboard boxes, ensuring the integrity of magnetic products and avoiding possible damages during transport caused by strong interactions with metal objects.

The package will be shipped together with the invoice and instructions for the use of neodymium or ferrite magnets. Upon receiving the package, you will pay the amount due in cash to the courier agent or postal worker.

We are not responsible for any delays in shipping orders due to weather conditions, natural disasters, courier company delays, etc. In the event of extreme situations, we will try to resolve all issues as quickly as possible.
