Delivery
MAR-INA PRODPREST S.R.L. applies the following shipping rates:
- For parcels up to 15 kg: 46,00 RON;
- For parcels between 15 and 31 kg: 75,00 RON;
- For parcels between 31 and 40 kg: 120,00 RON;
- For parcels between 40 and 50 kg: 150,00 RON;
- For parcels between 50 and 100 kg: 220,00 RON;
- For parcels between 100 and 200 kg: 300,00 RON;
- For parcels between 200 and 400 kg: 500,00 RON;
- For parcels between 400 and 600 kg: 1000,00 RON;
- And for parcels over 600 kg: 1500,00 RON or transport can be negotiated, as a service provided by MAR-INA Prodprest SRL;
The shipping price is flat, regardless of the delivery destination.
For large-size products (filing cabinets, lockers, fire-safety stations, etc.), since these are packed and transported on pallets, an additional 100 RON palletisation fee is added to the above shipping cost. For the municipalities of Galați and Brăila, deliveries of these large (palletisable) products are made with our own vehicles, therefore the 120 RON palletisation fee does NOT apply, but the base delivery fee still applies (46, 75, 120 or 150 RON depending on weight).
Your order is recorded automatically when it is placed on the website. After placing the order, a member of our team will contact you to confirm the order by phone and verify the shipping and billing details. Without phone confirmation, the order will not be processed and the products will not be dispatched. From the moment of confirmation, the order will be shipped within a maximum of one (1) business day. The product prices displayed on the site are final; shipping charges are added separately.
We ship in properly protected cardboard boxes, ensuring the integrity of magnetic products and preventing any damage in transit caused by strong interactions with metal objects.
The parcel will be sent together with the tax invoice and instructions for using neodymium or ferrite magnets. Upon receipt, you will pay Cash on Delivery (COD) to the courier agent or the postal worker.
We are not responsible for possible delays in dispatch caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, courier companies, etc. In the event of extreme situations, we will strive to resolve all issues as quickly as possible.
