S.C. MAR-INA PRODPREST S.R.L. shall not be liable for any loss, costs, legal actions, claims, expenses or other liabilities if they are caused directly by failure to comply with the “Terms and Conditions of Use”.
Any dispute of any kind that may arise between the user and S.C. MAR-INA PRODPREST S.R.L. or its partners will be settled amicably. If this is not possible, the dispute will be resolved in court, in accordance with the Romanian laws in force. The applicable law for dispute resolution, in the case of Romanian suppliers operating in Romania, is Romanian law.
If any of the clauses above are found to be null or invalid, for any reason, such clause shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses.
This document has been drafted and shall be interpreted in accordance with Romanian legislation.
