We are the manufacturer of the CH93 Fire Hydrant Cabinet and supply this type-approved configuration. This cabinet is used to protect the hydrant and its accessories for fire protection.
EQUIPMENT:
- Crescent-shaped hose rack.
- Type C hose, DN 52, length 20 metres, white, with C-type couplings; manufactured to EN 14540:2007.
- DN52, PN16 hydrant valve with fixed outlet, tested to ISO 5208.
- Fixed coupling type C52.
- DN 52 branch pipe/nozzle with 12 mm orifice for solid jet and spray, Q = 2.5 l/s, with shut-off valve.
MANUFACTURE: Made from 0.7 mm DC01 pickled, cold-rolled sheet steel, this cabinet is built for strength and durability. Assembled by shielded welding to withstand demanding conditions.
ACCESS: A dedicated compartment for essential equipment and a door opening to 180° ensure fast, easy access to critical gear. The door features a clear viewing window securely retained with clips, and a key-operated cam lock with 2 keys for security.
FINISH: High-visibility RAL 3000 Red clearly indicates its emergency purpose.
INSTALLATION: For quick, easy installation, the cabinet is supplied with visible top cut-outs for valve passthrough on both the left and right sides.
