Fire door - Endoor - Two-leaf - 60-minute certification

The Endoor door construction features a double galvanised steel structure, with 0.7 mm sheet thickness per leaf and a thermally insulating core made of alternating layers of rigid mineral wool and special fire‑resistant materials. This provides a total leaf thickness of 60 mm, optimised for thermal and mechanical protection.

Endoor double-leaf profile

The door is supplied fully equipped, with leaves removed, a 3‑piece frame, left‑hand (SX) or right‑hand (DX) opening, and reversible in the standard non‑glazed version, consisting of:

• Door leaves made from double galvanised steel sheet, 0.7 mm each side, with a high‑density core of mineral wool alternated with a special fire‑resistant compound. Total leaf thickness: 60 mm. Designed with overlapping rebates on 3 sides for left/right opening versions, and on 4 sides for the reversible version. An insulated central meeting profile (astragal) is incorporated in the inactive leaf and houses the top and bottom flush bolts. The bolt locking device is adjustable and interchangeable with the floor strike plate to allow reversibility. A guided box in the frame, fitted with a roller, reduces friction, wear, and damage.
• The door is wrapped in 2 mm protective film and includes overlap protection for the frame on the two vertical sides and the head, to prevent damage during transport.
• Three‑sided angle frame made from galvanised steel profile, 1.3 mm thick, with bendable mounting tabs for installation in masonry with mortar. The head section fastens to two profiles with four self‑tapping screws and a temporary lower spacer, which is removed after installation.
• Reversible locks: cylinder preparation in the active leaf and a lever in the inactive leaf to retract the bolts. Cylinder not included; it can be selected separately to suit specific security requirements.
• Security bolts (dog bolts) in steel on the leaf edges and polyamide strike boxes in the frame on the hinge side.
• Lever handle in black with a steel core (a steel insert is mandatory for handles on fire‑resistant doors), supplied with backplates in ebonite and a construction key (a temporary key used during installation and subsequent works until the final cylinder is fitted; it includes a plastic insert that protects the cylinder hole and allows provisional access without compromising the final mechanism) and a plastic plug for the cylinder aperture. The kit includes a 9×9 mm metal spindle, through‑bolts, spacers, pin and Allen key for adjustment.
• Handle mounting height: 1075 mm from finished floor for standard 2150 mm doors and the same position for custom heights (taller or shorter).
• Four hinges, one spring hinge for self‑closing and one load‑bearing height‑adjustable hinge (the other two standard).
• Door coordinator to ensure the correct closing sequence of the leaves.
• Internal reinforcement plates for subsequent installation of panic hardware and door closers.
• Black intumescent seals: one 28 mm seal fitted in the frame groove and one 44 mm seal in the central meeting profile.
• Metal compliance tag applied to the edge of the active leaf.
• Finish: semi‑gloss, water‑based textured (embossed) paint in standard RAL 7035 (Light Grey).
• Manufactured in standard and custom sizes within the limits specified in the price list.
• Standard finishes: semi‑gloss paint, RAL 7035 Light Grey (        ), RAL 9010 Pure White, RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey (        ).
• Approximate door weight: 35 kg/m² wall opening (EI2 60).
• Supplied on wooden pallets with an identification label on the outside of the frame and on the leaf edges. Installation, use, and maintenance manuals are included under the plastic shrink‑wrap, together with the certificate and declaration of conformity.
• Optional accessories: additional rubber seal, cylinder, panic bars, door closer, etc.
