These sandwich panels, part of our metal fabrication range, are manufactured from galvanised steel sheet 0.45–1.00 mm thick, finished with electrostatic powder coating, and insulated with two 40 mm layers of mineral wool. The inner liner panel can be specified in a variety of materials, such as melamine-faced chipboard (MFC), OSB, and more.

Sandwich panels from our in‑house production are manufactured from galvanised steel sheet and finished with electrostatic powder coating, delivering a durable, high‑quality solution for a wide range of building applications. Between the outer steel sheet and the inner panel, a double layer of mineral wool 40 mm thick is installed, ensuring excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. The inner panel can be selected from a variety of materials such as melamine‑faced chipboard, OSB, etc.

Construction and installation:
- Flexible fixing options: Panels can be installed vertically or horizontally, with visible through‑fix or concealed‑fix joints between panels.
- Fire resistance: The mineral wool core provides high‑quality acoustic insulation and fire resistance.
- Corrosion protection: Steel sheets are joined with steel blind rivets prior to coating, ensuring excellent corrosion protection.
