These insulated metal construction panels, part of our metal fabrication range, are manufactured from galvanised steel sheet 0.45–1.00 mm thick, finished with electrostatic powder coating, and insulated with two 40 mm layers of mineral wool, providing fire resistance of up to 180 minutes.

Insulated metal panels for construction are our in‑house production, manufactured from galvanised steel sheet and finished with electrostatic powder coating, delivering a durable, high‑quality solution for a wide range of building applications. On request, an intumescent, fire‑retardant coating can also be applied for additional protection. Between the steel skins, a double layer of mineral wool (40 mm each) is installed, ensuring excellent thermal and acoustic insulation.

- Corrosion protection: The steel sheets are joined with steel rivets prior to coating, delivering excellent corrosion protection.
