- Mattress support in flat‑steel slats with 150 mm spacing, eliminating the need for OSB boards.
- Upper–lower bunk connection via 35 x 35 x 1.5 mm square‑tube inserts welded inside the lower bunk’s 40 x 40 x 1.5 mm posts.
- Removable ladder and guard rail; bolted to the upper bunk with machine screws and nuts.
- Load capacity up to 200 kg.
- Ladder and intermediate crossmembers made from 20 x 20 x 1.5 mm square tube.
- Electrostatic polyester powder‑coated to RAL 7035 for protection and a clean finish.
