Metal Construction:

• The side panels are made of square tubes 40 x 40 x 1.5 mm on edges and tubes with dimensions of 20 x 20 x 1.5 mm, assembled by welding with 40x40x1.5 mm tubes.
• The ceiling beams for the bed are made of rectangular tubes 40 x 20 x 1.5 mm.
• The mattress slats are made of flat steel, with a distance of 150 mm between them, eliminating the need for OSB boards.
• The connection between the upper and lower bed is made using plugs from 35 x 35 x 1.5 mm tubes welded inside the 40 x 40 x 1.5 mm tubes of the lower bed.
• The ladder and railing are detachable and assembled to the upper bed with screws and threaded nuts.
• Weight supported up to 200 kg.
• The ladder and intermediates are made of square tubes 20 x 20 x 1.5 mm.
• Painted in electrostatic field according to RAL 7035 Palette, for protection and aesthetics.
