- Side frames made from 40 x 40 x 1.5 mm square tube on the perimeter with 20 x 20 x 1.5 mm square-tube infill, welded to 40 x 40 x 1.5 mm uprights.
- Head and foot boards made from 40 x 20 x 1.5 mm rectangular tube.
- Mattress platform in flat-steel slats spaced at 150 mm, eliminating the need for OSB boards.
- Upper-to-lower bunk connection via 35 x 35 x 1.5 mm square-tube inserts welded inside the lower bunk’s 40 x 40 x 1.5 mm posts.
- Removable ladder and guard rail, bolted to the upper bunk with screws and nuts.
- Load capacity up to 200 kg.
- Ladder and intermediate crossmembers made from 20 x 20 x 1.5 mm square tube.
- Electrostatic polyester powder-coated in RAL 7035 (Light Grey) for protection and a high-quality finish.
