Fire door - Endoor - One-leaf - 120-minute certification

The Endoor door construction features a double galvanised steel structure, with 0.7 mm sheet thickness per leaf and a thermally insulating core of alternating layers of rigid mineral wool and special fire‑resistant materials. This provides a total leaf thickness of 60 mm, optimised for thermal and mechanical protection.

Endoor single-leaf profile

The door is supplied fully assembled and ready for installation, with certified fire resistance of 120 minutes (EI2 120). By default it is available left‑hand opening (SX); right‑hand opening (DX) is available on request.

Main features:

• The leaf consists of two galvanised steel sheets (0.7 mm each), with an inner core of high‑density mineral wool alternated with layers of a special fire‑resistant compound. Total leaf thickness: 60 mm.
• The door is wrapped in 2 mm protective film and includes overlap protection for the frame on the two vertical sides and the head, to prevent damage during transport.
• Frame made of 1.4 mm galvanised steel on 3 sides (no threshold), equipped with flexible fixing tabs for wall installation using mortar. The head of the frame includes spacers that are removable after installation.
• The locking system will be supplied left or right (SX or DX) according to your order. It is designed to accept a standard Euro profile cylinder (not included). The cylinder can be selected separately to suit specific security requirements, in two variants:
1. standard cylinder with construction key;
2. master‑key cylinder (one master key can open multiple doors within a building).
• Fire‑resistant doors are fitted with steel safety rivets along the leaf edge and polyamide reinforcement boxes integrated into the frame on the hinge side, to strengthen the hinges during a fire.
• Lever handle in black with steel core (a steel insert is mandatory for handles on fire‑resistant doors), supplied with backplates in ebonite and a construction key (a temporary key used during installation and subsequent works until the final cylinder is fitted; it includes a plastic insert that protects the cylinder hole and allows provisional access without compromising the final mechanism) and a plastic plug for the cylinder aperture. The kit includes a 9×9 mm metal spindle, through‑bolts, spacers, pin and Allen key for adjustment.
• Handle centre height is 1075 mm from finished floor for standard models; customised on made‑to‑order models.
• Two height‑adjustable hinges: one spring hinge for self‑closing and one ball‑bearing hinge.
• Reinforcement plates embedded inside the leaf for later installation of panic hardware or a door closer.
• 28 mm intumescent seal mounted on the frame (expands above 170 °C to seal against fire, smoke and oxygen ingress).
• Metal identification plate on the leaf edge with product data. Each product is serialised with a unique code.
• Standard finish: semi‑gloss paint, RAL 7035 Light Grey (        ), RAL 9010 Pure White, RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey (        ).
• Approximate weight: 45 kg/m² (EI2 120).
• Delivered on a wooden pallet with installation and maintenance manual and conformity documents, all shrink‑wrapped.
