The container for collecting and recycling used clothes is made of galvanized sheet metal, with a powder paint finish in the RAL color palette. It is equipped with a locking system, resistant to climatic factors: temperature variations, rain, snow.
The recycling of used clothing is becoming a priority in the current context of environmental protection and sustainable resource management. According to new European and national regulations, Romanians will be obliged to collect and recycle old clothes starting from 2025. To meet this need, our company presents the Used Clothing Collection Container, a simple solution that can address this challenge.
The container is designed with optimal dimensions for street placement: height 2100 mm, length 1090 mm, and width 1120 mm. With a maximum capacity of 2512 liters and a usable capacity of 1653 liters, it can handle a considerable volume of used clothing, reducing the frequency of emptying and streamlining the collection process.

The container is made of galvanized steel sheet, with increased resistance to corrosion and weather conditions, thickness of 1.00 mm, cold-rolled. The joints are made by welding in a protected environment, ensuring a solid and reliable structure in the long term. The edges near the door have a width of 60 mm, providing extra safety and preventing deformations caused by wear.
The feet are equipped with a base and are made of rectangular pipe of 40 x 20 mm and 40 x 40 mm, offering stability and facilitating placement on different types of surfaces.
A distinctive feature of this container is the locking system against interior theft. It operates through a simple mechanism: while the outer door opens to allow the introduction of clothing, a second inner door closes automatically, preventing unauthorized access to the container's contents. Once the outer door is closed, the inner one opens, allowing items to fall inside. This system prevents theft and vandalism, ensuring the integrity of the collected clothing. |

Thus, Romania is also set to harmonize its internal legislation with European directives on managing textile waste. These measures aim to reduce the negative impact on the environment and promote a circular economy.
