Sandwich Panels

Our own production sandwich panels are made from galvanized steel sheets and painted electrostatically, offering a durable and high-quality solution for various construction applications. Between the steel sheet and the interior panel, there is a double layer of 40 mm thick mineral wool, ensuring excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. The interior panel can be chosen from a variety of materials such as melamine chipboard, OSB, etc.

Construction and Installation:

• Flexible Mounting Options: Panels can be installed both vertically and horizontally, with visible or hidden fastening between panels.
• Fire Resistance: The mineral wool core ensures quality sound insulation and fire resistance.
• Corrosion Protection: Steel sheets are joined with steel rivets before painting, providing excellent corrosion protection.
