Metal Construction:

• The side panels are made from square tube 40 x 40 x 1.5 mm on the edges and a tube with a size of 20 x 20 x 1.5 mm, assembled by welding with a 40 x 40 x 1.5 mm tube.
• The bed frames are made from rectangular tube 40 x 20 x 1.5 mm.
• The mattress plates are made from wide steel, with a distance of 150 mm between them, eliminating the need for OSB boards.
• The connection between the upper and lower bed is made using 35 x 35 x 1.5 mm tube plugs welded inside the 40 x 40 x 1.5 mm tubes of the lower bed.
• The ladder and railing are removable and are assembled to the upper bed with screws and threaded nuts.
• Weight capacity up to 200 kg.
• The ladder and intermediate sections are made from square tube 20 x 20 x 1.5 mm.
• Painted in electrostatic field according to RAL 7035 palette for protection and aesthetics.
