This fast-growing niche has given us the opportunity to enter the production of metal enclosures and racks for batteries. We initially responded to specific requests with technical challenges, and now we consistently deliver customized solutions, with short lead times, in accordance with EN/ISO and with a more easily controlled total cost.

Without “opening a new” separate line, we have naturally integrated into our portfolio the production of metal enclosures, cabinets and racks for batteries, relying on our experience in industrial boxes, cabinets and enclosures with stable tolerances, clean finishes and high repeatability.
- TRUMPF technology — TruMatic 1000 fiber (laser + punching/tapping) and TruBend Center 7030 (automated bending) for short series and rapid iteration.
- Laser welding & cleaning — LDW-1200-A, LDW-2000-W for clean joints on stainless steel/aluminium and preparation of contact areas.
- Powder coating — proper surface preparation, controlled film, weather resistance.

Typical applications
1) Enclosures and racks for solar batteries (residential, C&I, utility)
- Configurations: single/dual-bay cabinet, modular rack for multiple packs, racks with drawers for LiFePO4 or NMC modules.
- Materials: galvanized/pickled steel + powder; optional 304/316 stainless steel.
- Protection: IP55–IP66, IK10, earthing/PE rails.
- Thermal: louvered grilles + filters, thermostat-controlled fans, HVAC provision.
- Service: 120–180° doors, concealed hinges, key/triangular locks, slides for extracting battery modules.
- Cabling: M16–M40 cable glands, gland plate, DIN rails, mounting plates.
- Safety: temperature/smoke sensors, internal sprinklers, markings.
2) Technical containers / outdoor cabinets
- Equipment: inverter, switchgear, DC/AC protections, telecom, monitoring.
- Architecture: standalone on plinth or light containers on frame; floor with cable channels, integration of internal racks for batteries.
- Resistance: IP55+, double roof, powder with chemical pretreatment; optional anodizing/stainless steel.
- Organization: mounting plates, 19" racks, separate DC/AC cable routes, PE bars.
- Cooling: filtered fans, vent chimneys, HVAC units sized to power losses.
- Logistics: lifting points, forklift pockets, anchoring; multipoint locks.
3) BMS housing (battery management system enclosures)
- Functional: protection for PCBs, sensors, relays; LV/HV separation.
- EMI/EMC: effective grounding, contacts for shielding.
- Layout: DIN rails, spacers, quick connectors, diagnostic access.
- Protection: IP54–IP55 (depending on ventilation), continuous gaskets; optional polycarbonate window.
- Traceability: ID plates, QR codes, circuit colors.
Note: for sites with multiple batteries, we recommend modular racks + technical container for power & control equipment; separate BMS housing for fast servicing.

- Dimensions & bays: single/dual, configurable in U/mm, racks for drawer-type modules or cabinet-type batteries.
- Materials: Z140/Z225 steel, S235, 304/316 stainless steel; thicknesses 0.8–1.5 mm (others on request).
- Protection: IP54–IP66, IK10; EPDM gaskets; stainless steel screws.
- Finish: polyester/epoxy-polyester powder; RAL on request; anti-corrosion treatments.
- Thermal: filtered grilles, fans, HVAC provision.
- Cabling: cable glands, gland plate, cable entries, ferrules, labeling.
- Security: multipoint locks, door sensors, anti-intrusion options.
- Documentation: 2D/3D drawings, rev control, assembly instructions, packaging.

- Can you work based on our drawings?
- Yes. We accept STEP/DXF/DWG formats and provide DFM for optimization. We can also design ourselves, based on a brief.
- What IP ratings do you provide?
- Depending on the application: from IP54 up to IP66, with internal validations and recommendations for gaskets/locks.
- Do you provide anti-corrosion treatments?
- Yes: chemical pretreatment, powder suitable for the environment, 304/316 stainless steel where needed; salt-spray testing on request.
- Do you also manufacture complete racks, not just individual enclosures?
- Yes. We can supply both stand-alone battery enclosures and complete metal racks (with drawers, sliding rails, mounting elements and customized front panels).
- What are the lead times?
- Usually 3–6 weeks depending on complexity and volume, after drawing/prototype approval.
- Do you deliver within the EU?
- Yes. Pallet packaging, corner protections, handling instructions; complete documentation for transport.
